About the Company

With a network of 60 agencies, SMAC operates in metropolitan France, overseas territories, and internationally, specializing in energy renovation, waterproofing, cladding, roofing, and architectural facades.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAS maintenance and upkeep construction sites
• Supervise and lead the onsite team
• Prepare construction sites and receive supports
• Monitor and control execution quality
• Ensure strict compliance with safety instructions and implementation rules
• Provide regular progress reports to the Business Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a tradesperson in building envelopes
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Mastery of technical tools and construction techniques
• Knowledge of DTU (standard technical documents) and professional rules
• Ability to organize sites and plan necessary materials
