SAP Testing Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage UAT and System Testing related functions
• Define, review, and implement Test Strategy and Quality processes
• Review project documentation to determine cost-effective test approaches
• Produce detailed estimates, dependencies, and test requirements
• Manage test resource allocation and delegation within the team
• Monitor and track risks and issues in collaboration with the project team
• Communicate test approaches to stakeholders to ensure buy-in

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Experience with HP Quality Centre and Unified Functional Testing (UFT)
• Proven track record in delivering test management services using industry-standard methodologies
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic
• Ability to deliver training sessions and coach technical staff
• Experience aligning testing methodologies with PMO and IT functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification
• Experience in selecting, implementing, and managing testing tools
