SAP Technical Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for complex SAP S/4HANA migrations using Bluefield, Brownfield, or hybrid models.
• Define target system landscapes, migration roadmaps, integration architectures, and technical designs.
• Oversee all technical aspects of migrations including assessments, planning, conversion, remediation, and cutover.
• Lead data migration strategies, conversion simulations, and code remediation activities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer IT and business leadership.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimation, and technical proposal preparation.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP HANA DB, SUM/DMO, ATC checks, and SAP BTP.

Requirements

• 14+ years of total SAP technical experience with a strong background in BASIS, HANA, and architecture.
• Proven expertise in leading multiple Bluefield and Brownfield migrations for large-scale enterprise clients.
• Hands-on S/4HANA migration experience including SUM/DMO and system conversion.
• Experience architecting SAP transformations in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA or SAP Technical Architecture certifications.
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with selective data transition tools like EPI-USE, SNP, or Natuvion.
