Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and operation of SAP-centric solution management
• Provide technical guidance and ensure NetWeaver team compliance with technical standards
• Collaborate with Functional and Technical Designers to guarantee high-quality technical solutions
• Manage SAP NetWeaver administration including installations, upgrades, and database management
• Perform system refreshes, client copies, and performance optimization
• Investigate and resolve incidents and issues within SAP systems
• Implement and evaluate backup, recovery, and high availability solutions
• Lead the resolution of matters associated with SAP SPS upgrades and service pack enhancements

Requirements

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
• Over 10 years of professional experience in SAP projects
• At least 5 years of experience managing SAP landscapes in midsize or large organizations
• Proficient in SAP Basis/NetWeaver administration for ABAP and JAVA stacks
• Experience implementing S/4 HANA
• Familiarity with Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems
• Proficiency in SAP Correction Transport System and SAP Security management
• Knowledge of SAP support processes (OSS) and escalation workflows
• Fluency in both Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP defense-related products
• Understanding of SSO and IDM security models
