SAP Swedish Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, specifically focusing on Swedish payroll processes, legislation, and taxation.
• Define, negotiate, and execute project tasks across all development phases to ensure application performance and reliability.
• Support payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver optimal technical and functional solutions.
• Contribute to training and knowledge transfer initiatives for colleagues and clients.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with SAP HCM Payroll.
• Deep understanding of Swedish payroll legislation, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Experience with SAP methodologies, tools, and technical environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced fluency in written and spoken English.
• Swedish language skills are considered a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative, customer-focused team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on project and customer needs.
