SAP Support Quality Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive the quality management strategy and translate business requirements into SAP QM solutions
• Maintain the stability and performance of the legacy ERP platform during digital transformation
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior consultants to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Oversee the configuration and optimization of the SAP QM system to align with Group goals
• Lead the implementation of add-on solutions and drive the rollout of new processes across OPCOs
• Ensure all support tasks are delivered under agreed SLAs with high-quality technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to drive innovation and feasibility

Requirements

• Technical bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of proven hands-on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM)
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Audit Management, and Nonconformance Management
• Demonstrated experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing technical teams
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global implementations and shared services
• Experience integrating SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, PM, or SD
• Proficiency with JIRA, Xurrent, or comparable project management tools
• Proven track record in driving process improvement and change management
