Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and delivery of Supply Chain Management (SCM) functionalities
• Formulate application strategies and provide direction for all SAP services within the SCM domain
• Manage relationships and ensure alignment with functional and technical teams
• Lead and oversee the daily activities of SCM team members
• Act as a technical lead in the design, development, testing, and implementation of technological solutions
• Monitor system performance and optimize for peak efficiency
• Collaborate with the authorization team to implement security models within the SCM domain
• Drive the resolution of issues associated with SAP upgrades and service pack enhancements
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and monitor business applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
• Current SAP certification
• Over 10 years of professional experience in SAP SCM projects
• At least 5 years of experience managing SAP landscapes in medium to large organizations
• Expert proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies, including Activate
• In-depth knowledge of SAP functional areas and integration (FICO, HR, BI, etc.)
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and system development lifecycle
• Experience with SAP security models (SSO, IDM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the SAP Defence sector
• Experience with support and management resources
