SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules tailored to client requirements
• Collaborate with clients to understand HR processes and translate them into effective solutions
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Provide expert advice on best practices and system optimization
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities
• Work cross-functionally with technical teams for system integration
• Stay updated on SuccessFactors product updates and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SuccessFactors consulting
• In-depth knowledge of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting
• Expertise in LMS (Learning Management System), Performance Management, and Compensation modules
• Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Arabic
