Responsibilities

- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities
- Work cross-functionally with technical teams for system integration
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors product updates and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SuccessFactors consulting
- In-depth knowledge of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting
- Expertise in LMS (Learning Management System), Performance Management, and Compensation modules
- Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Arabic
