SAP SuccessFactors – Onboarding 2.0, Succession & Development

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Succession & Development modules.
• Conduct workshops to capture business requirements and develop functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Deliver full-cycle implementations from blueprinting through to post-go-live support.
• Configure Onboarding 2.0 features including new hire data collection, compliance forms, offboarding, and business rules.
• Configure Succession & Development features including talent pools, matrix grids, career paths, and development plans.
• Ensure seamless integration between Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, and Employee Central, as well as Succession & Development with Performance & Goals.
• Facilitate training sessions, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and knowledge transfer to HR teams.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Succession & Development.
• Proven track record of completing at least 4 full-cycle implementations covering both modules.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP), process triggers, and complex business rules.
• Proficiency in system integration within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (with current Delta certification).
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Succession & Development (with current Delta certification).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
