SAP SuccessFactors Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues
• Perform configuration changes and implement minor enhancements as required
• Work closely with business users and HR stakeholders to understand support needs
• Participate in testing, release management, and production support activities
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
• Support integration-related issues involving SuccessFactors modules
• Contribute to future SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruiting migration and implementation initiatives

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors support
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules
• Proven experience in L2/L3 production support environments
• Strong expertise in incident, service request, and change request management
• Ability to work independently within a global support model
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors professional certifications
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruiting
• Previous experience with SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Knowledge of HR processes and talent acquisition workflows
• Exposure to integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems
