SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central, including architecture, data models, and workflows.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops to translate business needs into robust EC configurations.
• Design and configure EC objects such as Position Management, Business Rules, Event Derivations, MDF Objects, and Foundation Objects.
• Ensure seamless integration of EC with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems like Payroll and Onboarding.
• Review functional specifications and guide technical teams on integrations, data migration, and API usage.
• Lead UAT cycles, coordinate defect resolution, and ensure successful deployment.
• Create and maintain design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and solution blueprints.
• Provide expert-level support for complex issues and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven experience in end-to-end solution design and EC architecture.
• Deep knowledge of MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Foundation Objects.
• Experience managing integrations with Payroll, Onboarding, and other HR systems.
• Strong leadership skills in managing UAT cycles and technical teams.
• Ability to apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems.
