SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
• Deliver end-to-end functional consulting for Employee Records, Time and Attendance, and Position Management.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Configure business rules, workflows, role-based permissions (RBP), data models, and foundation objects.
• Support integrations with Employee Central Payroll, third-party providers, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Produce high-quality functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.
• Lead solution testing, user training, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 4 full-cycle implementations of Employee Central.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Employee Records, Time and Attendance, and Position Management.
• Strong knowledge of business rules, workflow management, RBP, foundation objects, and XML configuration.
• Valid SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Must hold the latest Delta Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multi-country, fast-paced transformation environments.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery and collaboration tools.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
