SAP SuccessFactors ECP & Reporting Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite SAP SuccessFactors ECP support operations for a recently go-live environment in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide functional and production support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and enhancement requests.
• Work closely with HR, payroll, and technical teams to ensure smooth payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Monitor payroll interfaces, replication jobs, integrations, and middleware-related activities.
• Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll functions.
• Develop and support SAP SuccessFactors reports using Ad Hoc Reporting, Report Stories, Canvas Reports, and SAP Analytics.
• Coordinate with offshore support teams to ensure SLA adherence and participate in hypercare and stabilization activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Proven track record of delivering at least 2 end-to-end ECP implementations.
• Extensive experience in AMS/support projects and post go-live support engagements.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Certification.
• Expertise in SuccessFactors reporting tools (Ad Hoc, Report Stories, Canvas).
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work independently in an onsite, customer-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UAE Payroll and Middle East payroll processes and labor laws.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI/Integration Center.
• Exposure to SAP Time Management and Employee Central.
• Experience in payroll reconciliation and year-end activities.
