About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management (Time Off, Timesheet, and Time Tracking), and People Analytics modules.
- Conduct business requirement workshops, gather functional requirements, and document solution designs.
- Serve as the functional lead for configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide AMS and production support, including deep dives into EC objects, workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions.
- Develop functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, and extensions.
- Prepare test scripts and support SIT/UAT cycles and regression testing during quarterly releases.
- Collaborate with HRIS teams, global process owners, and stakeholders to provide expert guidance on best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration workbooks, FSDs, and user training guides.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, and People Analytics.
- Mandatory SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central, Time Management, and People Analytics.
- Proven expertise in data migration, including mapping, transformation logic, and validation.
- Deep understanding of EC data models, business rules, accrual rules, and foundation objects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and implementation cycles simultaneously.
- Knowledge of LMS/IAS is considered a significant advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global rollouts and managing complex international workforce requirements.
- Background in developing functional specifications for complex system integrations.
