SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage SuccessFactors customers through bug fixing, module implementation, system customization, and release management
• Support clients in defining relevant business processes and provide business consulting support
• Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs
• Take responsibility for the progress of team tickets and Change Requests, working closely with other business teams
• Regularly report progress and issues to clients on both a formal and informal basis
• Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
• Identify risks and propose effective solutions

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in the IT industry
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, or WFA
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong stakeholder management expertise
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work effectively within an international, virtual team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in any SuccessFactors modules (EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, WFA)
• Experience in SAP HR or equivalent systems
• Additional language skills in Spanish, German, or French
