About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements to design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Configure and enhance SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Talent Management, and Performance Management
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other HR and business systems
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR teams
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to SuccessFactors functionalities
  • Document system configurations, user guides, and best practices
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and features in SAP SuccessFactors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to commit to the full 6-month contract period

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in user training and change management processes
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification
