About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements to design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Configure and enhance SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Talent Management, and Performance Management
- Work with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other HR and business systems
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR teams
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to SuccessFactors functionalities
- Document system configurations, user guides, and best practices
- Stay updated on the latest trends and features in SAP SuccessFactors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to commit to the full 6-month contract period
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in user training and change management processes
- SAP SuccessFactors certification
