SAP Specialist Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead the digitalization of Airbus Helicopters Operations by developing and supporting end-to-end processes and tools
• Build and contribute to a strategic roadmap for processes, methods, tools, and data within Operations
• Develop, deploy, and enhance the business Information System framework to enable operational efficiency
• Provide technical expertise and support to Operations operators regarding processes, methods, and data
• Lead cross-functional and transnational continuous improvement projects using Agile Safe or Waterfall methodologies
• Act as the interface between Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and other domains like Engineering and Quality
• Manage outsourced and subcontracted activities, including work specifications and deliverable follow-up
• Serve as a data officer/custodian to manage data analytics and data quality for Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, IT, or a relevant field
• Approximately 5 years of experience in ERP development, deployment, and support within an industrial environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP, CS, and QM modules
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) for data aggregation and reporting
• Proficiency in Project Management using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Fluent in both English and French
• Ability to translate end-user needs into clear technical requirements
