SAP SF Time Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SuccessFactors EC TM implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and data migration validation.
• Design and configure robust SAP SuccessFactors EC TM solutions, including Timesheet, Time Off, Overtime rules, and Pay type generation.
• Configure Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) for attendance, overtime, absences, breaks, and allowances.
• Implement Time Valuation rules for regular hours, overtime, shift premiums, and absence valuation.
• Manage complex integrations between EC & TM and external systems such as KRONOS or UKG PRO.
• Provide expert advisory and consulting to stakeholders throughout the deployment process.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Management functional consultancy experience.
• Proven track record of at least 5 successful full-lifecycle SuccessFactors EC TM implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in Timesheet and Time Off configuration.
• Deep experience with CTR and Time Valuation rules.
• Strong knowledge of KRONOS or UKG PRO integration.
• Excellent client stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
