SAP SF Compensation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation and rewards processes
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules
• Design annual compensation review cycles including merit, promotion, adjustment, and bonus planning
• Configure compensation worksheets, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, and planner permissions
• Develop and maintain compensation templates, route maps, and workflows
• Configure Variable Pay plans, bonus calculations, and payout formulas
• Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to define salary structures and compensation strategies
• Support integration between Compensation, Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployment activities

Requirements

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation implementation
• Strong understanding of compensation and rewards processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
