SAP Senior Specialist - Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO implementations, enhancements, and S/4HANA transformation projects
• Drive business requirement gathering and translate them into technical SAP solutions
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Tax
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from design and blueprinting to testing and deployment
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and finance teams to ensure alignment
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
• Support data migration and reconciliation activities during S/4HANA transitions
• Mentor junior consultants and provide production support to resolve complex issues
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (minimum 1–2 implementations or conversions)
• Deep expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, TAX) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA)
• Strong understanding of financial processes including R2R, P2P, and O2C
• Proven knowledge of S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal and Fiori apps
• Experience with module integration (MM, SD) and interface management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
