SAP Senior Consultant – ATTP

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP ATTP to ensure secure serialization, aggregation, and traceability across global markets.
• Embed GS1 standards and country-specific regulations into system designs to ensure audit-ready compliance and patient safety.
• Partner with supply chain, quality, packaging, and logistics stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust SAP solutions.
• Design and support integrations between SAP ATTP and various SAP/non-SAP systems, L3/L4 partners, and regulatory hubs.
• Manage the full change lifecycle, including impact assessment, solution documentation, testing, validation, and release.
• Triage and resolve incidents using ITIL processes, driving root-cause remediation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation in compliance with GXP and SOX requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to scale expertise across global regions.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of SAP functional experience in the IT industry.
• 4-6 years of specialized experience in SAP ATTP (Advanced Track & Trace for Pharma) and Serialization.
• In-depth technical knowledge of the SAP ATTP module and experience configuring SAP landscapes.
• Strong understanding of GS1 Standards and product packaging/logistics supply chain processes.
• Proven experience working in a validated environment with knowledge of GXP and SOX requirements.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and Application Lifecycle Management.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a globally distributed team and willingness to work in shifts to support 24x7 business continuity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and integration with SAP CPI/PI/PO, EWM, or TM.
• Hands-on experience with L3/L4 serialization connections and oversight hubs (e.g., EU Hub, DSCSA).
• Knowledge of EPICS standards and best practices for aggregation and verification.
• Experience with automated testing and validation tooling in regulated environments.
