SAP Security and GRC Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide Risk Management services by implementing SAP Application Security and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools to help clients optimize risk strategy and business performance.
• Design and develop SAP Security solutions across all SAP applications (On-prem, Cloud, and SaaS) in accordance with business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Lead the design and implementation of processes into SAP GRC Access Control tools, including Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Critical Actions (CA) reviews.
• Manage and motivate diverse teams, including the supervision of onshore and offshore resources throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage project delivery, including scope, timing, resource allocation, and performance.
• Cultivate business development opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Participate in SAP audit discussions to help resolve governance and compliance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree accepted with 4 years of experience).
• 5 years of progressive work experience (or 4 years with a Master's).
• 3 years of experience in an SAP Security and GRC lead role.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and FIORI.
• 1 full end-to-end SAP GRC Access Control implementation (version 12.0 or higher).
• 2 years of project management experience.
• 3 years of experience supervising onshore and offshore teams.
• 3 years of professional services client-facing consulting experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including potential international travel.
