SAP SD Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the SAP SD module and oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) cycle
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Application Management support, including incident, change, and problem management
• Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages through root cause analysis
• Optimize business processes using ECC6.0, SAP SD OTC, and SAP Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient SAP SD and aATP solutions
• Mentor and train junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and best practices
• Participate in on-call rotations and work flexible shifts to support critical business requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Science, etc.)
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution, preferably supporting global clients
• Extensive knowledge of SAP aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise)
• Proven experience with SD and Vistex integration
• Experience working within offshore/onsite delivery models
• Ability to work in a time-critical environment with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work shifts and participate in on-call rotations

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in SAP SD
• Deep expertise in S/4HANA aATP configuration
• Strong knowledge of integration points with PP/MRP, IBP/APO, and Transportation Management (TM)
• Comprehensive understanding of the full OTC process, from inquiry to post-sales activities
