SAP SD Lead Architect

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD/OTC processes
• Perform detailed analyses of complex business processes and provide appropriate system solutions
• Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect operational requirements and map key objectives
• Design the SD/LE module, including document design, test scenarios, and results
• Supervise configuration and testing while identifying gaps and alternatives
• Act as an intermediary with clients for problem-solving and software-related incident resolution
• Proactively identify and deliver business process or system improvements
• Provide consulting services for new locations and existing support projects

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, including several full cycles
• Expertise in the design, configuration, and support of the SD module and OTC processes
• Proven experience within the wholesale distribution industry
• Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, Finance, or EWM is an asset)
• Strong understanding of accounting business processes
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables, and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
• Relevant SAP certifications
• Proficiency in French
