About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of SAP SD and S&OP solutions to translate business requirements into scalable architectures
- Configure core Order-to-Cash capabilities including order management, pricing, billing, logistics execution, and credit management
- Enable end-to-end planning capabilities across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP processes
- Drive full lifecycle implementations including solution design, integration testing, and data orchestration
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA SD and other IBP solutions using technologies like CPI-DS and SDI
- Lead S&OP transformation initiatives toward an integrated, cross-functional IBP framework
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership to resolve complex functional and technical challenges
- Provide oversight to system integrators and third-party partners to ensure quality delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in SAP SD and S&OP/IBP solutions
- Proven track record of leading at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations across SD and IBP
- Deep expertise in S&OP/IBP solutions (Demand, S&OP, Response & Supply) and SAP SD
- Strong experience with SAP integration tools such as CPI-DS and SAP Integration Suite
- Experience working in complex manufacturing or distribution environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
