About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, and Billing.
- Provide domain expertise in Logistic Execution, Credit Management, Availability checks, and Revenue recognition.
- Handle complex processes such as Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Sales Returns, Contracts, and Scheduling Agreements.
- Manage specialized workflows including Intercompany processes, Consignment processing, and Free of charge delivery.
- Oversee interfaces between SAP and legacy systems.
- Work independently to deliver high-quality business process consultancy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD module as a process expert.
- Proven track record with at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of Sales and Distribution domain processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with key users, managers, and clients.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a professional environment.
