SAP S4HANA/DRC Solution Architect - Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the DRC solution roadmap, architecture, and implementation strategy.
• Lead multi-country e-Invoicing and statutory reporting rollouts using SAP DRC.
• Define architecture for inbound/outbound APIs, proxy services, BTP services, AIF, and SAP Integration Suite.
• Collaborate with tax SMEs, SAP functional areas, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end compliance.
• Design integration frameworks between SAP DRC, government portals, and external tax engines.
• Drive Fit-Gap analysis and ensure compliance with local country mandates.
• Review configurations, mapping, error handling, and system performance optimization.
• Provide governance, quality checks, and sign-off for solution design.
• Lead workshops with tax authorities, auditors, and client leadership teams.

Requirements

• SAP DRC architecture expertise (e-Invoicing, E-Reporting, SAF-T, VAT returns, real-time reporting).
• Strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge in FI, SD, and MM tax flows.
• Deep understanding of global compliance mandates (e.g., Italy SDI, Mexico CFDI, India IRN, Saudi ZATCA).
• Proficiency with API, IDoc, BTP, CPI, and Event Mesh.
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with external tax engines such as Vertex, Thomson Reuters, or Avalara.
• Proven experience in multi-country tax digitalization projects.
• Prior consulting or Big 4 professional background.
