SAP S4HANA Officer

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA rollout project activities within warehouse operations
• Perform system testing in both testing and productive environments to ensure stability
• Create and maintain work instruction documents for warehouse processes under the new system
• Register new work instructions in the system
• Provide training and guidance to end users to ensure proper system usage
• Support process stabilization after go-live to ensure operational continuity
• Execute other assignments as delegated by the manager and Project manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in logistics and warehouse operations
• Knowledge or direct experience with SAP systems
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
• Ability to create clear work instruction documents and training materials
• Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional management skills
• Ability to work under project timelines and pressure
