SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes and reporting needs into functional requirements for system configuration and development
• Support the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, including requirement gathering, process mapping, testing, and post-go-live stabilization
• Participate in system integration activities to ensure data consistency between legacy systems and S/4HANA
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and the resolution of system-related issues
• Document business processes, functional designs, and standard operating procedures aligned with S/4HANA architecture
• Develop a deep understanding of Downstream operation models, including manufacturing, fuels supply, and integrated supply chain
• Translate operational and financial drivers—such as inventory valuation and gross margin—into system logic and data models
• Support analysis to validate that S/4HANA outputs reflect current business reporting requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or business analysis roles
• Demonstrated experience in ERP implementations or large-scale system-related projects
• Strong ability to translate complex business processes into technical system requirements
• Intermediate knowledge of financial reporting concepts, including P&L, variance analysis, and cost allocation
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with SAP systems
• Experience working within Downstream, Midstream, or Chemicals sectors
