SAP S/4 HANA Lead for Quality Management

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdisciplinary team acting as the key interface between business and IT for SAP S/4HANA quality management initiatives
• Analyze, document, and optimize quality-related business processes including inspection, planning, complaints, EHS, and audit compliance
• Translate business requirements into functional system solutions across SAP S/4HANA and connected quality management tools
• Contribute to end-to-end process design, data utilization, and analytics enablement to improve value chain efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Quality, Procurement, Projects, Logistics, and IT departments
• Define and execute testing, support deployments, manage data migration, and lead change management and user enablement

Requirements

• Academic degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Professional experience in quality management or business excellence
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments and quality data management
• Solid knowledge of business process modeling, requirements engineering, test management, and change management
• Understanding of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Fluent English language proficiency and strong analytical problem-solving skills
