SAP S/4 HANA FICO Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP cFin (Central Finance) and FI/CO workstreams within a strategic ERP transformation.
• Provide operational support for break/fix activities and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Analyze software requirements to determine design feasibility and develop configuration documentation.
• Conduct working sessions with business users and collaborate with the Basis team for issue resolution.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to meet defined SLA commitments.
• Support real-time replication, SLT, and Application Interface Framework (AIF) processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Central Finance (cFin) and FICO.
• Proven experience in cFin and FI/CO implementation, customizing, and operations.
• Deep knowledge of the S/4 HANA Accounting Model and S/4 HANA processes for Central Finance.
• Expertise in real-time replication, SLT, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, Technical Solution Design, and Architecture Knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work under pressure during system outages.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Development experience, specifically with ABAP.
• Knowledge of Fiori and Adobe Forms.
• Proficiency in debugging complex programs.
• Experience with other SAP modules.
