SAP S/4HANA Program Management and Governance

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of SAP S/4HANA program delivery across system integrators and vendors to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate across functional, technical, data, integration, testing, and change workstreams to ensure consistency in design and delivery.
• Serve as a primary interface for client leadership, providing objective guidance and facilitating decision-making.
• Monitor vendor and system integrator performance against contractual commitments and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting to support decision-making and budget tracking.
• Oversee integrated program plans, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies while supporting mitigation and escalation.
• Provide oversight of business readiness, cutover planning, and go-live execution.

Requirements

• 12+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in ERP or large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Proven experience operating in a governance, oversight, or PMO role.
• Experience coordinating with system integrators and multiple vendors.
• Strong expertise in executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in program governance, decision frameworks, budget tracking, and financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading SAP ECC to S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• SAP certification (e.g., SAP Activate) and/or PMP certification.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or similar asset-intensive industries.
• Familiarity with program tracking tools such as Jira.
