SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document requirements for SAP S/4HANA modules including FI, CO, WM, SD, MM, and PP
• Design, develop, and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices
• Customize SAP S/4HANA systems and implement SAP Fiori apps to enhance user experience
• Participate in the full testing and implementation lifecycle of SAP solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and errors within the SAP environment
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize SAP functionality
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and configurations
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP
• At least 2 years of experience specifically in S/4HANA implementations
• Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, configuring, and using SAP Fiori apps
• Hands-on experience with modules such as FI, CO, WM, SD, MM, or PP
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Boca Raton, FL

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification
• Experience with Aerospace or aviation business processes
• Advanced experience with SAP Fiori or other emerging SAP technologies
