SAP RGC Role Designer

Responsibilities

• Analyze SAP security solutions from system integrators to ensure all user access and security requirements are met
• Design, build, and test consistent global SAP roles for EVO systems aligned with SAP best practices
• Maintain designed roles accurately within the EVO SAP Roles Catalogue
• Govern user access processes in accordance with Global IT controls, SOX requirements, and compliance policies
• Act as the RGC representative within the EVO demand process to support change requests and enhancements
• Collaborate with global project managers, system integrators, and process leads to ensure security delivery within timelines
• Support testing and go-live activities for SAP role changes and new implementations
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in SAP security role design and access management

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP security role design and translating business requirements into effective technical designs
• Strong understanding of authorization impacts across complex SAP landscapes
• Deep knowledge of GRC concepts, Segregation of Duties (SoD), SOX, and IT controls
• Experience with SAP implementation and support across modules such as HANA, BI, HR, MDM, and SuccessFactors
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on governance and compliance
