SAP RAR Lead Application Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the RAR Lead for multiple full lifecycle implementations and serve as a sub-module lead for various projects
• Manage onshore and offshore teams, overseeing deliverables and project execution
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members regarding architecture and delivery
• Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level executives to present effective solutions
• Contribute to solution design discussions and ensure knowledge transfer and best practices across teams
• Work deeply with the Revenue Accounting Recognition (RAR) module and support financial consolidation and intercompany transactions

Requirements

• 7–10 years of overall professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership or lead consultant role
• In-depth functional expertise in SAP Revenue Accounting Recognition (RAR)
• Proven experience with SAP implementations and multinational financial processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain executive presence when interacting with leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations
