SAP PY Austria & CH Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and functional development of SAP PY payroll solutions for the Austria and Switzerland regions.
• Translate project visions into actionable directives, standards, and procedures to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Supervise data structure definitions and application flow diagrams to meet customer requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to development team members.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing customer accounts and advise on pre-sale actions.
• Optimize service quality and productivity by proactively identifying risks and proposing alternative solutions.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of SAP architecture and technical development environments.
• Deep understanding of Human Resources processes and payroll solutions.
• Expert-level skills in structured analysis and database design.
• Proficiency in various programming languages and technical platforms.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
• Availability to travel as required.
• Any Graduate degree.
