About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze, prioritize, and document customer requirements for SAP HCM and Payroll solutions
- Review solution architecture to ensure alignment with client requirements and SAP best practices
- Design and configure SAP HCM modules including Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA)
- Participate in the full implementation lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
- Configure Payroll Schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Wage Types, and Infotypes
- Perform integrated testing of complex payroll applications to ensure system stability and accuracy
- Troubleshoot complex payroll processing issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Maintain payroll documentation, system configurations, and application flow diagrams
Requirements
- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll Processing (PY), Time Management (TM), Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA)
- Proficiency in Payroll Schema Configuration and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR)
- Knowledge of European statutory payroll compliance and country-specific tax/social security regulations
- Bachelor's Degree (any field)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-country environments
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP HCM / Payroll Certification
- Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC)
- Experience with SAP Query and LSMW
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or Cloud Integration
