SAP Purchasing Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand current MM (Purchasing) module processes for the SAP S4H migration.
• Perform system analysis, testing, and debugging to ensure correct configuration and performance of the MM module in SAP S4H.
• Identify which Z transactions must be migrated to S4H and which can be replaced by standard improvements in the new version.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of the SAP S4H MM module.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and basic configuration support to end users for both current and new SAP versions.
• Work with functional consultants, architects, and developers to ensure successful integration of the MM module and third-party applications.
• Document technical specifications, configuration changes, and system processes to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Train end users on new SAP S4H MM functionalities and provide ongoing guidance.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience documenting As-is and To-be processes.
• Experience in SAP MM module implementation or migration projects.
• Experience managing and creating SAP Z transactions and navigating SAP version transitions.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong teamwork, results orientation, and assertive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI.
