SAP PS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications using scientific methods to solve complex engineering problems.
• Apply software engineering practices throughout the entire research, design, development, and maintenance lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership by supervising the work of other software engineers and exercising original thought and judgment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage difficult and complex situations professionally while considering the broader commercial impact of technical decisions.
• Contribute to the recruitment and professional development of the engineering team.

Requirements

• Mastery of all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to apply scientific methods to analyze and solve technical problems.
• Experience operating independently in highly complex and unsupervised environments.
• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to manage people and technical objectives simultaneously.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and understand commercial negotiating principles.
