SAP Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
• Define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and testers.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources in a global delivery environment.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Maintain transparent communication with senior leadership regarding project status and achievements.
• Oversee post-implementation activities, including system stabilization and user support.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing SAP projects (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC).
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party resources.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or JIRA.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• MBA or an advanced degree.
