SAP Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic S/4 HANA ERP transformation projects from requirements definition through deployment
• Oversee project lifecycles including scheduling, scope management, budget estimation, and risk mitigation
• Implement project management best practices to ensure delivery excellence and budget adherence
• Coordinate internal and external resources and manage complex supplier relationships
• Establish governance structures, project charters, and communication plans in line with Airbus standards
• Develop implementation roadmaps, test strategies, and quality improvement plans
• Define and track meaningful metrics to monitor project progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering
• 10-12 years of strong SAP experience with a focus on implementation project management
• Proven experience handling greenfield implementation projects
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology
• Strong functional and technical SAP expertise
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow, Agility, or JIRA
• Knowledge of monitoring tools
• Experience with test automation and test strategy preparation
