SAP Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of SAP initiatives by coordinating project activities and tracking progress.
• Ensure project compliance with SOX regulations and ESAB Change Management and Project Management policies.
• Provide delivery support including scheduling meetings, maintaining issue logs, risk registers, and project documentation.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation planning to keep projects on track.
• Manage stakeholder communication by providing regular status updates and managing expectations across IT and business teams.
• Support budget management activities by tracking costs and reporting on budget variances.
• Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically within SAP implementations.
• Strong command of SAP Activate and Clean Core principles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global matrix organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Planisware.
• Understanding of the manufacturing industry and distribution chains.
