SAP Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Establish and manage program-level governance and ways of working in accordance with IT standards.
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define objectives, gather requirements, and provide transparent status updates.
• Lead and guide cross-functional teams and support IT Project Managers to ensure delivery against success criteria.
• Manage program planning, including resource allocation, budgeting, vendor coordination, and procurement support.
• Ensure high-quality delivery by applying SAP best practices, including testing coordination and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Economics, or a related field.
• International Project Management certificate.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in project or program management roles.
• Advanced stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong financial, resource, and vendor management capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
• Fluent English and Hungarian communication skills (written and verbal).
• Valid Driver License (B category).
