SAP Product Costing Accountant

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update BOM, routing, yield, and ECO data to support accurate SAP standard cost
• Run cost roll-ups, review results, and identify cost discrepancies
• Ensure cost data accuracy through timely corrections, adjustments, recosting, and tie-outs
• Troubleshoot ECO issues, analyze revaluation impact, and perform necessary data corrections
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ECO execution
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare and analyze inventory costing and transaction reports
• Ensure compliance with SOX, US GAAP, and support audit requirements

Requirements

• Hands-on SAP Product Costing (CO-PC) experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years of SAP product costing experience in manufacturing environments
• Solid understanding of inventory management and valuation techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement or cost optimization projects
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations or supply chain processes
