SAP Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable and cost-efficient IS solutions aligned with Procurement to Pay requirements
• Monitor and support current SAP SRM7 and SAP MM applications, including troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
• Support end users and maintain up-to-date technical and user documentation
• Deploy, enhance, and transform the SAP Procurement IT landscape by identifying opportunities for improved functionality
• Run projects from preparation to delivery, including designing, testing, and building IS solutions
• Coordinate tasks with external managed-services providers and interact with global business services and IT architects
• Maintain availability on a rotating on-call schedule to handle major issues outside of IST working hours

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of SAP SRM7 EHP4 / SAP MM ECC 6.0 and above support experience
• At least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 + SRM7 implementation experience (Project Preparation to Go-Live/Hypercare)
• Solid experience with SAP SRM7 structure building, user maintenance, approval workflows, and RFC integration
• Proficiency in reading and understanding ABAP code
• Hands-on experience with LSMW, IDOCS, SAP Query, and Interfaces
• Ability to write functional system specifications and Business Blueprint documents
• Strong English communication skills for working within an international team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with S4 Hana
• Experience in project management within an international environment
• Experience leading IT projects and interface knowledge with both SAP and non-SAP systems
