SAP PP Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability, performance, and alignment of SAP PP processes within the legacy ERP platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement SAP PP solutions.
• Deliver support tasks within agreed SLAs while maintaining high-level quality and documentation.
• Assist Digital and OPCOs in system configuration according to Group goals and standards.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and other consultants to deliver new functionality that improves business efficiency.
• Provide functional guidance to ensure IT solution integrity and maintain updated technical documentation.
• Proactively analyze issues and coordinate new processes within existing system environments.

Requirements

• Technical bachelor’s degree.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).
• In-depth knowledge of Demand Management, MRP, and Capacity Planning.
• Expertise in Master Data management, including BOM, routing, and work centers.
• Experience with production orders, execution, and shop floor integration.
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global implementations and shared services environments.
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, CO, or EWM.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA or Xurrent.
• Openness to expanding knowledge into related applications like IBP.
