SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle new design configuration in SAP S/4 HANA for Plant Maintenance focusing on site maintenance needs
• Implement maintenance processes including Corrective, Preventive, Emergency, and Service Order Management
• Manage support incidents, problems, and change requests for Plant Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, and Project Systems
• Lead Sprint Planning, workshops, build, testing, and training for the plant maintenance workstream
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to identify technological and business needs
• Define and manage reports critical to production and maintenance operations
• Conduct availability tests, training, and defect processing for commissioning and acceptance

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional maintenance experience in industry (automotive preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or a related technical field
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP PM, MM, or similar maintenance systems
• Proficiency in Work Order and Work Notification Management
• Experience with Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Spare Parts Planning
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Risk Management and FMEA
• Experience in automotive (OEM and Tier 1)
• Ability to optimize processes through IT solution implementation
