SAP PIPO Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and operational management for the Mercury technical landscape and integrated SAP applications.
• Assume day-to-day operational responsibilities, including support and management across integrated technical solutions and functional areas.
• Assess the impact of changes to technical solutions and provide guidance on estimates from internal and third-party teams.
• Work closely with SAP Process Experts and Managed Service Support teams to operationalize solutions and maintain system integrity.
• Support core SAP applications including ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, CLM, CPM, and GRC, as well as cloud solutions like SAP CPI, Microsoft Dynamics, and ARIBA.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of SAP PO middleware experience gained through implementation projects and post go-live operations support.
• Deep expertise in SAP ECC, CRM, SRM, and BW integration.
• Hands-on experience with adapters including SFTP, SOAP, REST, ODATA, JDBC, FILE, HTTP, FTPS, IDoc, RFC, and Mail.
• Proven experience setting up SLD environments and creating technical and business systems.
• Experience with RFC destinations on R3 and PI sides, including ALE, Port, Partner Profiles, and ABAP Proxy configuration.
• Strong understanding of security concepts such as SSL, digital signing, and PGP encryption.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI development and SAP BTP tools and products.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification.
• Experience with Java programming.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming related to IDoc, Proxy, and Function Modules.
• Experience with global ERP roll-outs and international collaboration.
