SAP PI-PO Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end AMS support for SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI on BTP
• Handle P1 and P2 production incidents to restore business-critical interfaces rapidly
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using PI/PO Monitoring and CPI Message Processing Logs
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent repeat issues
• Support hybrid landscapes including ECC/S4, Cloud, and Non-SAP systems
• Troubleshoot various interfaces including IDoc, RFC, Proxy, File, SOAP, REST, and OData
• Validate and support iFlows, mappings, certificates, and security artifacts
• Ensure SLA adherence and maintain high-quality ticket documentation
• Coordinate with Functional, Basis, Network, and external vendor teams

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in SAP PI/PO application support
• Hands-on experience providing SAP CPI support on SAP BTP
• Strong debugging skills related to mappings, adapters, and payloads
• Solid understanding of ESR, Integration Directory, and CPI iFlows
• Experience working in ITSM/AMS environments using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
• Proven ability to manage business-critical outages independently
