SAP Performance Testing

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance requirements for load, stress, endurance, spike, and capacity
• Write, execute, and log load/performance test cases and scripts
• Collect requirements and produce detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases
• Monitor and collect result data to pinpoint bottlenecks
• Prepare and present testing result reports for review
• Guide developers in fixing identified performance issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of performance testing experience
• Experience with batch performance testing
• Expertise in Loadrunner or C# programming/Visual Studio test manager
• Mandatory SAP experience collecting data from ECC, BW, BPC, or Netweaver via Solution Manager, Introscope, or Sitescope
• Strong understanding of web/app/db layers and network infrastructure
• Knowledge of databases, indexes, and SQL optimization techniques
• Understanding of system capacity and resource utilization vs. workload

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking and finance industry experience
• Proficiency in C# programming and Visual Studio
